Unless otherwise stated, the services offered on this Site are provided by Hosting Advisor, a Pakistan-based hosting service provider.

By using our Services, you agree that you are entering into an agreement with Hosting Advisor, and all services will be governed under the applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.

Your use of this Site and our Services is also subject to additional agreements and policies, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. These include:

• Domain Registration Agreement
• Domain Name Registrant Agreement
• Referral Program Agreement

If your use of the Services requires us to process any personal information, we will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection practices.

By electronically accepting these Terms of Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies.

Hosting Advisor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and related policies at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the Site.

If any material changes affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. You may choose to stop using our Services if you do not agree with the updated terms.

Continued use of the Site or Services after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.

Hosting Advisor will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from actions taken based on instructions or communications that are reasonably believed to be from you or an authorized representative.

Hosting Advisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if any of these conditions are violated.

To access certain features of this Site or use our Services, you are required to create an Account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your Account, and to keep this information updated at all times. Hosting Advisor will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or outdated information provided by you.

Hosting Advisor reserves the right to request verification of your information at any time. This may include providing valid identification or business details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

The individual whose details are listed in the Account information section will be considered the rightful owner of the Account and the associated Services.

For domain names, ownership will be determined based on the registration details provided at the time of purchase and applicable domain policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account ownership details are correct. In case of any dispute regarding account ownership, access to the Account may be temporarily restricted until the issue is resolved. Hosting Advisor will not be liable for any losses resulting from such disputes.

Hosting Advisor aims to provide reliable access to this Site and our Services. However, we do not guarantee that the Site or Services will always be available without interruption.

From time to time, the Site or Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, repairs, technical issues, network problems, server issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are fully responsible for any third-party software, applications, plugins, themes, scripts, or tools that you install or use with our Services. You must ensure they are secure, updated, and compliant with applicable laws and this Agreement.

Hosting Advisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account or Service that violates these rules.

By using this Site or our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is legal and does not violate any local laws, rules, or regulations.

Hosting Advisor will not be responsible for any misuse of the Services that results in legal consequences for the user.

Our Services may allow you to upload, store, manage, or share content such as website files, images, videos, text, databases, and other materials (“Customer Content”).

You are solely responsible for all Customer Content you upload or use through your Account. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use and publish such content.

You must not upload or use any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

You retain full ownership of your Customer Content. Hosting Advisor does not claim ownership over your content.

By using our Services, you grant Hosting Advisor a limited permission to use your content only as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide (“Feedback”) are voluntary. Hosting Advisor may use such feedback to improve its Services without any obligation to compensate you.

All content available on this Site and through our Services, including logos, designs, text, graphics, templates, and software (“Hosting Advisor Content”), is owned by or licensed to Hosting Advisor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use any Hosting Advisor Content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Hosting Advisor.

• suspending or terminating your Account or Services;
• limiting access to certain features.

In certain cases, your data may be removed as part of enforcing these actions. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data at all times.

Hosting Advisor may also report any unlawful activities to the relevant authorities if required by law.

Hosting Advisor strictly prohibits the use of its Services for sending spam or unsolicited messages.

Spam includes sending bulk or commercial messages via email, SMS, or other communication channels without the recipient’s consent.

You must only send messages to users who have clearly agreed to receive such communication.

All messages sent through our Services must include accurate sender information and provide a clear option for recipients to unsubscribe or opt out.

Hosting Advisor may monitor usage patterns to detect spam or abusive activity.

If we determine that you are involved in spam or related activities, we may:

• suspend your Services;
• terminate your Account;
• restrict access to certain features.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination of your Account without prior notice.

Hosting Advisor reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account or Service at any time if necessary to protect its systems, users, or business operations.

This may include actions taken to:

Hosting Advisor may also suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice if you engage in abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior toward our team.

When you contact our support team, you authorize Hosting Advisor to access and make necessary changes to your Account or Services to assist you.

Hosting Advisor may monitor usage and make necessary adjustments to your Services if required to maintain system performance, stability, and security.

This Site or our Services may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”) that are not owned or controlled by Hosting Advisor.

Hosting Advisor is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your Services will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you disable auto-renewal from your Account.

We currently accept payments in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up to date. If payment fails, Hosting Advisor may suspend or terminate your Services without notice.

All fees displayed on the Site are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any required taxes will be added based on applicable laws.

Hosting Advisor reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Updated pricing will apply to future billing cycles or renewals.

Refunds, if applicable, will be provided according to our Refund Policy. You must request any refund within 30 days from the original purchase date, as stated in our policy.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings, including enabling or disabling auto-renewal. Hosting Advisor will not be responsible for any service interruption due to failed payments or expired subscriptions.

Our Services may include or integrate with third-party services or products that are not owned or controlled by Hosting Advisor.

By using such third-party services, you agree to comply with their respective terms and policies.

Hosting Advisor is not responsible for the performance, availability, or functionality of any third-party services.

We are not responsible for any issues caused by:

• malware, viruses, or security breaches beyond our control.

You agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to maintain backups and security measures.

In all cases, the total liability of Hosting Advisor will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

Any claim related to the Services must be made within 12 months of the issue occurring.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Hosting Advisor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Services.

This includes any claims resulting from:

• your violation of this Agreement;
• your use or misuse of the Services;
• your content or activities that infringe the rights of any third party;
• any disputes between you and your own customers or users.

You are responsible for any legal costs or damages incurred by Hosting Advisor due to such actions.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussion and mutual agreement.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Hosting Advisor may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent.

Hosting Advisor will not be liable for any delay or failure in providing Services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

This Agreement applies only between you and Hosting Advisor and does not grant any rights to third parties.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.

This Agreement is written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version will take priority in case of any differences.
